A estas vantagens junta-se ainda a possibilidade de obter um empr\u00e9stimo banc\u00e1rio com mais facilidade.<\/p>\n<p>Isto acontece pois os bancos t\u00eam todo o interesse em vender estes im\u00f3veis o mais rapidamente poss\u00edvel para conseguirem n\u00e3o s\u00f3 recuperar o capital como ainda cessarem os custos que t\u00eam com os mesmos.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Desvantagens de comprar uma casa sob penhora<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Apesar das vantagens serem bastante atrativas para quem procura uma oportunidade para investir no mercado imobili\u00e1rio, <strong>h\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m algumas desvantagens que deve ter em conta<\/strong>, nomeadamente <strong>o estado de conserva\u00e7\u00e3o do im\u00f3vel que nem sempre \u00e9 entregue ao banco nas melhores condi\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong> ou que, com o passar do tempo, acabou por se degradar ou ser vandalizado. Nestes casos, deve considerar que ter\u00e1 que gastar algum dinheiro nas respara\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m<strong> a impossibilidade de visitar o interior do im\u00f3vel<\/strong> pode tornar-se num bloqueio para a venda. H\u00e1 muitas entidades que n\u00e3o permitem visitas ao interior da casa, podendo o exterior deix\u00e1-lo com uma ideia errada do que vai encontrar dentro de portas.<\/p>\n<p>Outra coisa que deve ter em aten\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 o facto de alguns im\u00f3veis se encontrarem penhorados por diferentes entidades. Se pretender comprar uma casa penhorada, <strong>certifique-se de que n\u00e3o est\u00e1 a comprar apenas uma parte<\/strong> da mesma.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, mas n\u00e3o menos importante, deve ainda estar alerta para as d\u00edvidas de condom\u00ednio.
