Esta \u00e9 uma das <strong>solu\u00e7\u00f5es de cr\u00e9dito habita\u00e7\u00e3o mais usada por investidores<\/strong> e hoje vamos explicar-lhe tudo sobre ela.<\/p><p>O refinanciamento, tamb\u00e9m conhecido como cr\u00e9dito com garantia hipotec\u00e1ria, \u00e9 uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o financeira na qual o propriet\u00e1rio <strong>utiliza o seu im\u00f3vel como garantia para obter um empr\u00e9stimo<\/strong> com melhores condi\u00e7\u00f5es, ou at\u00e9 para refor\u00e7ar o valor financiado.<\/p><p>Este tipo de cr\u00e9dito d\u00e1 aos bancos uma maior garantia de pagamento e pode ser uma op\u00e7\u00e3o para quem possui um im\u00f3vel j\u00e1 pago ou com um bom valor de equity, que \u00e9 a diferen\u00e7a entre o valor do im\u00f3vel e o montante do empr\u00e9stimo.<\/p><h4><strong>Mas em que se traduz este tipo de cr\u00e9dito?<\/strong><\/h4><p>Imaginemos que possui um im\u00f3vel que vale 200 000\u20ac e tem de momento um valor de d\u00edvida de apenas 100 000\u20ac.
